My art, writing and dance are part of an abstract internal conversation happening inside me every day -

a creative symphony constructed in dialogue with the universe.

I am in awe of existence. Sometimes horrified too honestly. But always captivated - by the mystery of how we are here... why. What about the rest of the universe? How did it all get here and what is it doing now that it's here? 

I find myself constantly exploring these thoughts through spirituality, science, art, writing, movement and philosophy in an ever-evolving expression of authentic experience as I explore love, reality, alternate reality, dream-making and self-mastery.
